I decided the “Home of the Eternal Night” had enough space to build a guest house for another series, “Wolves and Ravens.” Brief explanations of both are below (spoiler free).

Eternal Nights
Eternal Nights is the main series I am writing, following a married couple of ancient vampires and their adventures. It begins with the 2-part Prequel (Redemption and Origins), which lean more in the paranormal direction. By the end of prequel, it is pretty obvious which genre the main series will fall under. Until those books are ready, I won’t actually say it here since I feel it falls in the category of spoilers.
Don’t like vampires or the paranormal? That’s okay, oddly enough, neither do most of my current readers.
This subject matter has been tamed to an extent that is almost embarrassing to adults, and only “hardcore” fans give it the time of day anymore. So when you read a story that is this action packed, complete with complicated infrastructure and plotlines that force you to think, it comes as a very pleasant and welcome surprise.
Shouldn’t adults have entertainment as well? Is it so wrong for us to desire large scale action with paranormal-style characters, written in a fashion that makes you want to glance outside your own window? Complete with a romantic element that us normal people can actually relate to?
The writing is as intense and brutal as it is realistic. Rather than simply introducing concepts, those concepts are explained in a way these genres don’t do. What exactly is a vampire? How do their bodies actually work? Just two examples of simple questions that are generally ignored, but now we can explore them.
In addition to the adult language and brutal violence, several “adult” concepts are prevalent. Explaining further would count as spoilers, but it’s not what you probably think.
I will admit there was a time when I was afraid I would not even be allowed to publish Origins, given how far and graphically I crossed certain lines. When I received an ecstatically positive response, I realized my concerns were unfounded.
The supporting details for the main Eternal Nights series is going to take considerable time to compile, since it could stretch across dozens of books. Rather than having nothing published while I’m getting that together, I decided to write the 2nd series explained below.

Wolves and Ravens

I wrote a short story for my wife a long time ago. Barely 7 pages long in Word, and I always wanted to turn that basic story into something larger. Hence, the Wolves and Ravens trilogy was born (I’ll probably add a prequel too).
This trilogy is strictly pure fantasy, as in fantasy world, races, etc. Although, if you’re expecting to see things like dwarves and elves and things like that, sorry. I can’t expect to write something you haven’t read before, if I start out by using the same fantasy races everyone else uses.
The story follows the Raven Queen from childhood onward as she, followed by her Wolf Protector, desperately search for answers as to what’s wrong with the world, and how to fix it. It’s hard to say anymore without spoiling anything, as these complicated plotlines twist so much that the story was nearly impossible to write without contradicting itself. Once they are in production I’ll give more information on the site’s “Books Page.”
You’ll find the same realistic explanations for infrastructure, politics, violence, and everything else as you saw in Eternal Nights. Along with the same intense brutality and concepts that force the characters (and their entire races) to become what they were destined to.
